The Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) today commenced public consultation on proposed revised guidelines for retail hedge funds. The proposed guidelines will differentiate between single hedge funds, fund-of-hedge-funds ("FoHF") and capital protected or capital guaranteed hedge funds.
