Duisenberg to stay: "I like what I'm doing"

GERMANY - Wim Duisenberg said on Monday that he would not quit his job as President of the ECB for at least another year.

Earlier this year he unexpectedly confirmed he would spend another 12 months at the ECB and he told Dutch television at the weekend "I won't step down in the near future. I like what I'm doing."
