Russian Duma confirms new c bank deputy chairmen

RUSSIA - Russia's lower house of parliament confirmed central bank deputy chairmen Oleg Vyugin and Andrei Kozlov, two state finance veterans, to the board of the central bank on Wednesday.

The plan for the new board members comes from Sergei Ignatyev, governor of the Central Bank of Russia, less than a month after he himself was elected chairman of the central bank of Russia. He replaced Viktor Gerashchenko who resigned unexpectedly six months before the end of his term.

Both were named deputy
