RBI technical committee holds first meeting
The meeting was chaired by Dr.Y.V.Reddy, Governor.
The Committee reviewed the macroeconomic developments in the context of the forthcoming first quarterly review of the Annual Policy Statement for the year 2005-06, scheduled for July 26, 2005.
It may be recalled that with a view to further strengthening the consultative process in monetary policy
