Poland to up its economic growth forecast

The Polish government is set to raise its forecast for 2004 growth in gross domestic product, the PAP news agency reported on Friday13 August.

PAP said Deputy Finance Minister Andrzej Jacaszek had told the agency the government would raise its forecast for 2004 year-on-year economic growth to 5.8 percent from the original forecast of 5.7 percent.
