IMF's Rato saddened at Sharm el-Sheik bombings

International Monetary Fund Managing Director Rodrigo de Rato issued a statement on Monday 25 July in reaction to the 23 July bombings in Sharm el-Sheik, Egypt.

"I am deeply saddened by the loss of life from the brutal attacks in the Red Sea resort of Sharm el-Sheik. I want to extend, in my name and all members of the IMF, my sincere condolences to the families and loved ones of the victims, and to the people and government of Egypt.
