Bank of France expects modest recovery

The Bank of France said on September 15 it expects French gross domestic product to expand 0.3 percent on a quarterly basis between July and September, reversing the second quarter's 0.3 percent contraction.

France's economy is expected to expand at a slower rate than previously forecast in the third quarter after contracting in the second, the Bank of France said Monday.
