Kiraly new deputy governor in Hungary

The Governor of the Magyar Nemzeti Bank, Andras Simor, has proposed Julia Kiraly as the central bank's new Deputy Governor.

She will be responsible for Financial Stability and Risk Management, and Payment System and Currency Issue.

The Prime Minister has agreed to support the proposal and will recommend the candidate for appointment to the President of the Republic.

After graduating at the Budapest University of Economics, Kiraly was an applied econometrician at the Planning Office. She joined
