Uganda's Mutebile shuffles central bank staff
The changes were made 29 August and follow a strongly worded internal memo in which the governor expressed his displeasure with the level of professionalism of the bank's employees. In the memo Mutebile said: "Late coming and alcoholism will no longer be tolerated."
Deputy Governor Louis Kasekende said the changes were "nothing special."
He also denied they had anything to do
