Tight regulations for bank payments in Azerbaijan

AZERBAIJAN - In 2002, the National Bank of Azerbaijan (NBA) intends to draw in tight regulations for banking payments, said Elman Rustamov, Head of the National Bank of Azerbaijan. He said it is planned to utilize radical measures.

Nowadays, the National Bank forms a modern technical base, which is applied in different countries as an e-system for mutual payments. Such banking transactions are realized in 30 seconds. Further, there will start a second stage - NBA will create the small-payment
