Euro more likely to recover than weaken-BoE's King

Europe's single currency was more likely to recover against other key currencies than to fall further, Mervyn King, deputy governor of the Bank of England, said on Tuesday.

Speaking to bankers and economists during a visit to the South African Reserve Bank, King gave no details of when or how he believed Europe's fragile currency would claw back its steep losses against the robust US unit. But he said part of the reason for the dollar's dominance against the euro was the attraction of investing
