Pakistan to auction T-bills worth one bln rupees

PAKISTAN - Pakistan's central bank will auction one billion rupees ($15.62 million) worth of three-, six-and 12-month treasury bills from 10 July, the State Bank of Pakistan said. Tender results will be announced on 11 July.

The maturity dates will be 4 October for three-month paper, 10 January, 2002 for the six-month bills and 11 July, 2002 for the 12-month treasury bills.

Settlement will be due on Thursday 12 July and bids can be rejected for any reason, the bank said.
