Central Bank of Barbados wins netball game

BARBADOS - Central Bank of Barbados (CBB) defeated Customs 17-12 in a low keyed match-up to open the National Sports Council's (NSC) Inter-Governmental netball competition on Tuesday at the Netball Stadium.

In the evening's lone game, Customs scored the first two points and went on to lead 5-4 at the end of the first half in which both teams struggled to get their game together.

CBB made a change going into the second half, replacing goal shoot Ria Pilgrim with Dave Gittens.
