Kenneth Rogoff appointed new adviser to Riksbank

Sweden's Riksbank appointed Professor Kenneth Rogoff of Harvard University as adviser to the Riksbank's Executive Board on Thursday 9 June.

"I am very pleased that Kenneth Rogoff has accepted our proposal to become adviser to the Riksbank," commented Governor Lars Heikensten.

"Kenneth Rogoff is one of the world's leading researchers in fields pertaining to the Riksbank's work; monetary policy, exchange rates and international capital flows. The fact that he also has experience of practical policy
