Kent Osband received his Ph.D. in economics from UC Berkeley, advised on post-Soviet reconstruction at the IMF and World Bank, and directed emerging debt market strategy for Goldman Sachs and Credit Suisse. He is the author of three books on qualitative finance; the most recent is Rational Myopia: How Capital Markets Learn.
