Fan Yifei

Fan Yifei is a deputy governor of the People’s Bank of China, a position he has held since 2015. He was previously chairman of Shanghai Bank and deputy secretary of China Investment Corporation. He earned a PhD in economics from Renmin University of China and his master’s degree from Columbia University
