Jacques de Larosière
Jacques de Larosière is a former managing director of the International Monetary Fund, a former governor of Banque de France and former president of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development. He was chairman of The High-Level Group on Financial Supervision in the EU in 2009. De Larosière has also held numerous other positions in the public and private sectors.
