Latest changes see statistics department partnered with financial stability in a division

The Central Bank of Malta has revealed a host of additional changes to its organisational structure this year, which are likely to conclude the restructuring process begun in December 2015.

At the end of 2015, the central bank switched from a structure centred on five directorates to one based around five divisions, each headed by a ‘chief officer’ and reporting to the bank’s two deputy governors.
