Bank of Finland to focus on sustainable growth

Central bank also aims to create “world’s best” financial literacy programme

The Bank of Finland’s (BoF) new strategic plan focuses on strengthening its commitment to sustainable growth and improving Finns’ financial literacy, it announced today (January 29).  

The central bank unveiled its new set of priorities for the period 2021–23. It also aims to assess the pandemic’s economic impact, contribute to the European Central Bank’s ongoing strategy review, and work on the digital euro.
