People: MAS’s Menon reappointed until 2023

Singapore: The managing director of the Monetary Authority of Singapore, Ravi Menon, has been reappointed by president Halimah Yacob for a further two-year term.
Menon, who has served as managing director since 2011, will stay until May 2023. He has also been reappointed to the MAS’s board for the same length of time.
In a statement, the central bank announced it had appointed two new board members and reappointed five existing ones.
According to the Monetary Authority of Singapore Act, the
