Artificial intelligence (AI) can best create value in publicly traded liquid asset classes, the latest report from the International Monetary Fund has found.

The IMF today (October 15) published the third chapter of its Global Financial Stability Report 2024, with a focus on how technological advances in AI would affect capital markets.

The report, which includes the latest analytical work from the fund’s staff and the results of outreach to market participants and regulators, says the prospects
