Mortgage lending falls: HKMA survey

The number of new mortgage loans drawn down during the month of January fell by 30.0% to HK$21.7 billion ($2.78 billion), the Hong Kong Monetary Authority's (HKMA) residential mortgage survey published on Friday said.
