Kyrgyz central bank throws open library to public

Central bank responds to requests from scholars and students

For the first time since the central bank was formed, the general public is now able to access the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic's (NBKR) library.

Yesterday marked the first day in which the public was allowed into the library, after the central bank yielded to pressure to make its collection of rare books public.
