One in five communications teams use AI for their work

Data suggests uses of AI are still at an initial stage among communications departments

Around one in five surveyed central banks’ communications departments have used artificial intelligence (AI) tools to assist their work.

Seven out of 34 central banks (21%) that responded to a new question in this year’s Communications Benchmarks are using AI for their work in communications. The remaining respondents (79%) have not adopted the practice.
