Bank’s Dale explains vote reversal

Spencer Dale, the Bank's chief economist and a member of the Monetary Policy Committee (MPC), on Wednesday said the deterioration in the UK growth outlook motivated his decision to drop the vote to raise rates by 25 basis points.
