International Monetary Fund - Annual Report 2003

The International Monetary Fund has published its Annual Report for the financial year ended 2003. In the Annual Report the IMF said it was reviewing the way it assists poor nations, a subject international aid groups have emphasized is a constant source of tension in the fund. It also pledged to examine its role in poor countries and study how it can help these nations deal with economic shocks.
