Bill McDonough to get FPA gong

William McDonough, chairman of the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board, and former president of the New York Fed will be awarded the Foreign Policy Association Medal next week.

McDonough will deliver the keynote address at the Foreign Policy Association's 2004 Financial Services Dinner on Wednesday, March 3 at The Pierre Hotel in New York City.

McDonough will be awarded the FPA Medal, joining a prestigious list of past recipients including former President Bill Clinton; Alan Greenspan
