Riksbank told to improve on financial stability activities

An expert evaluation of the Riksbank's monetary policy and work with financial stability between 2005 and 2010, published on Tuesday, has made a number of key recommendations for the central bank to act on.

In the spring of 2010, the Committee on Finance at the Swedish parliament decided to undertake a new evaluation of monetary policy for the period 2005–10. Charles Goodhart, a professor at the London School of Economics, and Jean-Charles Rochet, a professor at the Toulouse School of Economics
