Buba's Zeitler says ECB should keep rates steady

Bundesbank board member Franz-Christoph Zeitler said the European Central Bank has done enough to promote growth in the dozen nations sharing the euro.
``Two percent is the right level -- I recommend staying hold,'' said Zeitler, who advises ECB council member Ernst Welteke on monetary policy
