Ukraine deputy governor resigns

The National Bank of Ukraine issued a short statement on Thursday announcing the resignation of deputy governor Volodymyr Krotiuk.

The statement said he had been "dismissed from office on the grounds of a resignation letter submitted by him". Despite several attempts to contact the central bank, no explanation for the resignation could be obtained.

On February 4, there was no sign of any problem with official documents revealing it was Krotiuk who presented the bill On Amendments to Clause 75 of
